Greater service options for MINI owners
XPart offers specialist servicing for New MINI owners at affordable prices.
New MINI owners now have a wider choice of servicing options than ever before, following the expansion of XPart’s AutoService centre network into New MINI servicing. As a result, they will be able to access high levels of customer service, diagnostics and repair for their cars at more affordable aftermarket rates.
XPart already supplies Classic MINI parts, and is now able to offer high quality service and repair to New MINI owners, many of whom may have invested in a TLC package that has recently expired. Of its 250-strong network, 82 of XPart’s AutoService centres have opted to specialise in New MINI servicing, with this number set to grow in the coming months. The network offers specialist servicing, often at rates that are typically half of those charged by franchise dealers.
“Our New MINI experts are able to offer owners high quality service and repair, making ownership more affordable and reducing reliance on main dealers,” says Don Lindsay, XPart’s service marketing manager. “The AutoService centres offer New MINI servicing with dealer-equivalent diagnostic equipment provided by AutoLogic. Our technicians also have access to AutoLogic’s Technical Help Desk, a web based technical forum and diagnostic training. The centres also hold a rapidly expanding stock of high quality service and wear parts specifically for New MINI, so there are no delays for customers while the garage waits for replacement parts.”
New MINIs over three years old, or five years if specified with the optional ‘TLC’ package when new, are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The parts used by XPart’s Autoservice centres are all leading aftermarket brands, giving customers peace of mind as well as excellent value for money. Staff have been trained to deal specifically with New MINIs by the diagnostic equipment manufacturer, and are highly skilled in understanding the car’s design and specific servicing requirements.
There are 82 XPart AutoService centres currently equipped to service and repair New MINIs across the UK. Your nearest XPart MINI specialist can be found by visiting www.xpart.com.
